If you do a lot of CSS work, then you probably know this like the back of your hand. However, if you're like me, I always forget what order the short hand border, margin, and padding settings stand for. Meaning I can never remember what the following padding equates to:


...
padding: 10px 4px 3px 10px;
...

I finally decided to figure out an easy way to remember it, and I pulled from 3rd grade learning to do so. I remember it from left to right as terrible or trbl or top, right, bottom, and left.

Stupid I know, but it does the job for me. I haven't used that technique to remember anything since my very excellent mother just sent us nine pizzas to remember the order of the planets in our solar system… ah the memories…

    I just remember that it is like a clockface, starts at top and goes clockwise?
