Judging from these movies, this is a cool new table top computer with an über touch screen++. It does picture resizing like the iphone, plus a heck of a lot more.
This is the first thing I’ve seen come out of Microsoft in a while that made me say “wow, that is fscking cool”.
I want one just to practice my Chinese (reacts to brushes), but the active tiles were really neat too – just watch the movies.
(Hopefully it’s not just hype – not just “this is what we are thinking about someday making”. If it’s a real thing, I want one)
Update: while these look fun as heck, with a USD$10,000 price tag, looks like I won’t be getting one for a long, long – long, long, long time. So I am now back to – I can’t wait for an iphone ^_^
