Here is a nice, very useful app to add to your iPhone arsenal: TouchTerm, an SSH client.

If you use Linux boxen, this is a must have. While it’s a bit wonky trying to use vi or emacs, it works very well when you need to restart a service, or do some other command line task.

It has some nice features like you can hide the keyboard and input box (when you need to read more of the output), and it works in landscape mode.

It has a decent amount of settings too, and allows the font to be increased for us old guys that can’t see so good no mores.

The few things that you might find lacking are apparently already fixed, and waiting for app store review. The newer version, 2.0, has:

multiple connection management, key-based authentication, host key verification, arrow key support [and more]

You can download the application at an App Store near you for $2.99, and you can read more about the application on the application’s home page.
