At the moment I'm travelling around Europe and I've seen a bunch of people in hostels using ASUS EeePC's, and I want one :P

The thing with the EeePC is that they're super cheap - something that Apple doesn't do because they make their money from bright shiny things that (usually) cost more than the alternatives. I have a 15" ASUS notebook, firstly because I prefer Windows, but secondly because the equivalent spec MacBook Pro would have cost me 60% more...

I'd be amazed if Apple could build an "EeeMac" within the same price range as the EeePC. If they could I'd definitely buy one, and I'd dual boot it - but the same goes for MacBook's or MacBook Pro's :)
