Looks like there will be a native iPhone SDK out in February via Steve Jobs.

The reason for the delay is they are trying to make it secure while still usable for developers, but my guess (still) is that it has something to do with objective-c 2.0 (at least partly). Time will tell.

I am a bit bummed that not only does Leopard make my glueynotes project redundant (10.5 has a built in todo service if you will); now the SDK makes most of the web apps redundant – at least the UI. Life in the fast lane eh?

(Of course, I’ve pre-ordered my family pack of Leopard which I would bet diamonds to donuts you’ll need to write iPhone applications)
