Today was my last day on a gig where I was working on a .NET application. I learned quite a bit about .NET, and I got to work with the new 2.0 version quite a bit - pretty cool. The best though was I worked with some really smart and cool people, and I’ll miss the day to day interactions with them.

Oh, and I’ll miss the free, incredibly great section, Giants tickets. I know I am being totally selfish, but there are a couple season ticket holders that work there, and I’d get the spill over when they couldn’t go to the games. No more hot dogs and beer at the ball park… oh the humanity :(

I am incredibly excited about getting more into Flex though, and getting back into the Java / Coldfusion scene is going to be fun - doubly so with Merrimack out. I’ve been playing with it for a bit now and while it’s just a small part of the release, I absolutely love the OS X integration.

This is mostly a pointless post it seems, but if anyone is cfcurious, I am now back on the mx:Scene
