OS X Tiger amazes the heck out of me. I did, however, have a few
problems getting fully moved over to Tiger. Here’s all my oft used
programs, if they worked or not, and some of the pit falls I hit.

I didn’t do like a full QA cycle on these just a quick check of features
I use so don’t take a Yes as gospel.
All in all I am up and running with everything I need and much much
more. The only problem spot is the VPN client. Without it I can’t
connect to the place I am currently employed (thank goodness I’ve
already given notice).

Back on the positive, this was totally wicked, I opened Fireworks
and the open dialog has spotlight built in. So I just typed the name of
the image file to open it instead of having to navigate through several
layers of directories. That functionality is almost everywhere there is
an open dialog - damn it this thing rocks.
